Yes. We strive to ensure all ingredients used in our loaves are Halal. 

Since we packed the loaf immediately for delivery once cooled, the loaves are still too soft to be cut. 

You may store the loaf in an airtight container for up to THREE DAYS.

Alternatively, refrigerate the loaf to keep fresh for up to A WEEK.

  1. Microwave for 10-15 seconds for each slice or two, with a cup of water, to make the bread soft and fluffy again, or
  2. Reheat using an air fryer / toaster oven at 160°C for 2-3 minutes – yields toasty slice.

To ensure only the freshest loaves reach our customers, we bake the loaves on the delivery day.

You may pay via Online Bank Transfer, Debit Card, Credit Card or E-wallet.

If your payment is unsuccessful, please create the order again. Order will only be processed once payment is received.

We will send an email confirming your order and informing you once item(s) is out for delivery.

If you are within the coverage area but are unable to place an order, please email us at [email protected] for us to look into the issue. 

Our delivery fee is set at a FLAT RATE OF RM10 for those within the coverage area.

For now, we only offer self-pickup on Saturdays at AEON Mall, Rawang.

Delivery

Since we will be baking the loaves on the day itself, we expect the delivery to be done between 2-5pm on the allocated days.

Since our product is easily perishable, please ensure a person is available to receive the order during the estimated delivery time.

For multi-level residences, buildings, and shopping malls, please wait at the lobby or entrance of the building.

Failure to deliver caused by recipient not present at the premise will not be borned by us and will be deemed as delivered.

We will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following circumstances:

    1. The recipient is not present at the address given at the time of delivery.
    2. The address given was incorrect or insufficient.
    3. No such person at the given address.
    4. No valid contact number given for us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient for the delivery.
    5. In the event of any non-delivery, requests for refund will not be entertained.
    6. Refusal of any item by the recipient will still be considered as delivered and no refund will be made.
    7. In rare cases of delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. flooding), we will not be held liable for any claims.

All products sold are non-refundable.

No cancellation or amendments are allowed once order is confirmed.

Upon receiving your orders, please check and ensure all your items are correct.

For any spoiled, wrong or incomplete orders, please notify us within 3 hours upon receiving your item(s).  All items should be unconsumed and in its original state for a refund or exchange of product (whichever we see fit).

Any claims of defective items raised after the stipulated time above will not be entertained.
